Projected annual returns fall between 8% and 10%, driven by occupancy performance and market demand. Returns are generated through a pooled revenue model, meaning your earnings aren’t tied to a single unit’s performance.
All revenue from rooms is pooled across the property. Operating costs are deducted, and the resulting Net Room Revenue (NRR) is distributed proportionally to each owner at the close of every operating year.

The pooled model means you earn even when your specific unit isn’t occupied.

Can I stay in my unit?

Yes. Owners are welcome to use their unit for up to 10 nights per year, subject to availability. Please note that your specific purchased unit may not always be available, but equivalent accommodation will be arranged within the resort.
